More Booked Cases vs Rankings.io is a comparison of two shapes of help: Rankings.io, an agency founded in 2013 that says it has focused on personal injury firms since 2018, and More Booked Cases, a one-person consultancy selling conversion testing, local SEO and managed Meta ads to US law firms.

It compares them on published facts only, each checked on the company's own website in October 2026, with the wider field in Rankings.io alternatives and the personal injury market in personal injury marketing companies.

What does each company offer?

Rankings.io's site lists SEO, AI visibility, Local Services Ads, PPC, paid social, organic social, websites and video, with criminal defense and family law named on its homepage alongside personal injury.

Its paid social page describes Facebook and Instagram ads targeted to the cases the firm wants, with Meta Instant Forms routing inquiries to the firm's CRM, and its FAQ says paid channels "move faster, often inside 30 to 60 days."

More Booked Cases sells four services on flat monthly fees: CRO, one controlled test a month judged by consultations and signed cases, with read access to the firm's intake numbers; local SEO, covering Google Business Profile, practice-area and location pages, citations and review guidance; the pair together as the main offer; and managed Meta ads, 8 to 12 static image ads a month with landing pages built and one landing-page A/B test a month.

It does not sell Google Ads or LSA management, website builds, intake staffing, bought leads, per-lead or per-case pricing, guarantees, or exclusive markets.

The overlap is Meta ads and local search visibility; Rankings.io's list also covers paid search, websites and video, not sold here, while a monthly conversion-testing program appears only on More Booked Cases' list.

What does each company cost?

Rankings.io publishes no prices: its pricing URL returned a 404 when checked in October 2026, and its SEO service page says, "Rather than quote a generic number, we build pricing around your goals in the discovery call, with no long-term contracts."

A post on its own blog puts law firm SEO specialists at $2,000 to $10,000+ per month, an industry range and not a Rankings.io price.

More Booked Cases publishes every price: CRO at $2,500 a month, local SEO at $2,500 a month, the pair at $5,000 a month, and managed Meta ads at $3,000 a month flat plus a $2,500 one-time setup.

Ad spend is never part of the fee: the client pays Meta directly, $3,000 a month minimum, never marked up and never a percentage of spend.

Every fee sits on the pricing page, and the fact sheet states the terms line by line.

What are the contract and cancellation terms?

Rankings.io's FAQ answers the contract question with "Month-to-month. No handcuffs," and its paid social page adds "no long-term contracts," with the ad accounts, creative and data owned by the firm.

More Booked Cases asks for a minimum term first: 6 months for CRO, local SEO or the pair, 3 for Meta ads, then every service continues month to month, cancelled by email to [email protected] with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee.

On paper the difference is flexibility: Rankings.io starts month to month, where More Booked Cases asks for a minimum term first.

Who owns the accounts and data?

Both publish ownership terms that leave the assets with the firm.

Rankings.io's FAQ says, "Every asset we produce is yours: domain, code, content, backlinks, creative, analytics, CRM data," and its homepage adds "WordPress, always yours."

More Booked Cases' terms keep the Meta ad account, pixel and audiences in the firm's own Business Manager, with the website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics, and every landing page, ad, test result and report.

How is each company paid, under the advertising rules?

Comments to ABA Model Rule 7.2 say lawyers may pay for advertising and may pay vendors who provide marketing or client-development services, including website designers (Model Rules as amended August 2018).

Rule 7.2(b) then bars giving anything of value to a person for recommending the lawyer's services, with exceptions that include the reasonable costs of permitted advertising.

How a vendor is paid matters as much as the fact of payment: a fee per signed case or a share of legal fees raises fee-sharing questions under Rules 1.5(e) and 5.4, which each state's version treats differently.

Neither company here publishes per-case pricing, and ABA Model Rules bind no one until a state adopts them, so confirm any engagement with your state bar's ethics counsel or an ethics lawyer.

What results does each company publish?

Rankings.io publishes self-reported proof: "More than 300+ PI firms have used Rankings.io," its homepage says, plus nine straight years on the Inc. 5000.

More Booked Cases publishes no law firm results because there are none yet: it has no law firm clients, and the record behind the offer is Gabe Meierotto's, from his earlier roles.

As Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, he took sitewide conversion from 3% to 11% on a 210x-ROI testing program across 2,600+ variations, his numbers in a former role at a med-spa chain, not a law firm result.

On a published law firm track record the gap favors Rankings.io; the counterweight is published prices and a one-person testing focus.

Which company is the better fit for your firm?

Pick Rankings.io if

  • You want one agency covering SEO, LSA, PPC, social, websites and video.
  • Your firm is personal injury, and you want an agency focused on PI since 2018.
  • Starting month to month matters more to you than a published price.
  • Named-competitor exclusions, offered at its top tier (Apex), would matter in your market.

Pick More Booked Cases if

  • You want every price published before you get on a call.
  • You want conversion work judged by consultations and signed cases, not form fills.
  • You want the person who audits your firm to build, test and report on it.
  • You want Meta ads on a flat fee, with spend paid straight to Meta, never marked up.

Where Rankings.io is plainly the better fit: a firm that wants Google Ads, LSAs, a website build, video or a full-service team, because none of those are sold here.

One disclosure from Rankings.io's own about page, quoted whole: "Rankings.io CEO Chris Dreyer holds an approved non-attorney ownership interest in Law Bear, a personal injury firm operating exclusively in Arizona under the state's Alternative Business Structure program."

It is the company's own disclosure, repeated because a PI firm comparing agencies may want it in view.

How this comparison was built

This page compares two companies by design, More Booked Cases (which wrote it) and Rankings.io, each checked on its own website in October 2026.

Every Rankings.io statement comes from its own pages, every More Booked Cases statement from its own fact sheet, and "not published" appears where a company publishes nothing.

What should you ask either company before signing?

  • Where is the price published, and what triggers a change?
  • What is the minimum term, and what does exiting it cost?
  • Who owns the ad accounts, the website and the data after a cancellation?
  • What does your reporting count as a conversion: form fill, consultation, or signed case?
  • Do you work with other firms in my market, and can I name exclusions?
  • Which channels do you manage in-house, and which go to a partner?

The same questions work on either company, and written answers before a call beat a proposal after one.

Before picking either company, a free law firm marketing audit shows where your website loses consultations today, the number both companies would be hired to move.

Frequently asked questions

Which company is cheaper, More Booked Cases or Rankings.io?

There is no published answer: Rankings.io publishes no prices and scopes them to your goals in a discovery call, while More Booked Cases publishes $2,500 a month for CRO or local SEO, $5,000 a month for both, and $3,000 a month plus a $2,500 setup for managed Meta ads.

Do More Booked Cases and Rankings.io offer the same services?

No. Rankings.io's site lists SEO, AI visibility, Local Services Ads, PPC, paid social, organic social, websites and video; More Booked Cases sells CRO, local SEO and managed Meta ads, and does not manage Google Ads or LSAs or build websites.

Which company runs Google Ads and Local Services Ads?

Rankings.io lists LSA and PPC on its own service list; More Booked Cases does not manage Google Ads or Local Services Ads, so a firm that wants those channels managed should shortlist a full-service agency.

Do both companies let the firm keep its accounts and assets?

Yes, by each company's published terms: Rankings.io's FAQ says every asset it produces is yours, and More Booked Cases' terms keep the Meta ad account, website, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics and every test result with the firm.

How big is each company?

Rankings.io describes an agency operation and says on its homepage that more than 300 PI firms have used it; More Booked Cases is one person, Gabe Meierotto, and has no law firm clients yet. Both statements are from each company's own pages, October 2026.

Is either company a month-to-month engagement?

Rankings.io's FAQ answers its contract question with "Month-to-month. No handcuffs." More Booked Cases has a 6-month minimum on CRO and local SEO (3 months on Meta ads), then continues month to month, cancelled by email with 30 days' notice.
